Who is Orchard Street?
Orchard St. was founded in 2012 by Kirsten Shanks, a qualified Naturopath with over two decades of plant wisdom. Her heart brims with a deep devotion to exploring ecology, consciousness, and the essence of motherhood. In her role as Creative Director, Kirsten serves as the guiding force behind Orchard St., shaping its business direction, aesthetics, and customer experience. Her naturopathic wisdom guides every step of their product development.
As a female-led business, Orchard St. is woven together by a close-knit team of women with a shared passion and purpose and core values rooted in environmental mindfulness. Whether it’s their unwavering dedication to responsible sourcing, eco-friendly packaging, or the sustainable practices within their stores, they tread gently in all they do ensuring every choice is a loving ode to the well-being of Mother Earth.
Plant medicine is at the core of Orchard St., with the ultimate intention behind every naturopath curated offerings being to elevate our experience of wellness and in doing so, foster a greater reverence for Mother Earth. Orchard St. believes that plant medicine serves as conduit for connection, bridging the gap between ourselves and nature as they conjure a positively thriving state of body, mind and spirit, a ‘way of being’ aligned with nature.
From her spiritual perspective of Non-Duality, or ‘Interbeing’, founder and creative director Kirsten believes that plants may serve to awaken the awareness that there is no separation between us and nature, that We are Nature.

The Bondi Elixir Bar sits on a peaceful and sunny corner in North Bondi, not far from the beach. Orchard St. full range of organic juices, hot herbal elixirs, organic coffee and a delicious range of nourishing delights are available to eat in or takeaway. You will also find a selection of high vibe lifestyle products (including Bluem!)
