ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
- We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 14 days of receiving.
- All items must be in their original condition, unused.
- Natural Skincare/Beauty products cannot be returned if used for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return.
If you change your mind about the items you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your item(s) purchased may be eligible for a refund or under the following conditions:
- Products must of been purchased from bluem.com.au . If purchased from one of our wholesalers you will have to contact them directly.
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
- Products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
- Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
- Bluem may reserve the right to deny a refund on product that has been used, due to hygiene standards and the purity and potency of ingredients used.

- We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch.
- In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible, using the steps mentioned below, please also include a brief description of the fault.
- If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please include a brief description of the item you have received instead. If you require any further assistance please contact our Customer Care team.
