Montana's Winter Skin Ritual For Dry and Tired Skin

How do we maintain our beautiful glow during the dry and cold winter? The lack of humidity in the air during the wintertime paired with reverse air conditioning, cold winds and many hot showers can dry out your skin making it feel rough and tight, sometimes even chapped, itchy or hypersensitive. When you experience these symptoms it’s important to note that your skin barrier’s ability to function is compromised. These harsher external aggressors can weaken and damage our skin barrier, making it difficult for our skin to retain moisture leaving us more susceptible to toxins, breakouts, dryness and skin conditions like eczema. The best way to nurture your skin through these cooler months is by nourishing and protecting your skin cells to strengthen your skin barrier function. Our beautiful founder, Montana, shares her tried and true skin ritual to combat dry skin and maintain her healthy glow during the cooler months.

1. CLEANSE 

FINGER LIME + LEMON MYRTLE SOUL SOAP

2. EXFOLIATE 

GREEN TEA INFUSED KONJAC SPONGE

Just add warm water to your Konjac Sponge and massage all over your face to gently buff off and remove the build-up of dry skin cells. Perfect for those with delicate skin, our Green Tea Konjac Sponge is infused with wonderful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which protect your skin from environmental damage, reduce redness and is wonderful for those who suffer from rosacea and acne.

Take three deep breaths, place 2-3 drops of Finger Lime in the palm of your hand and evenly apply it to your face to help hydrate, nurture and protect your face from the harsh winter climate.
